We love it! What a great find! These 10 foods are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to foods that benefit your skin. Any fruit of veggie will provide much needed antioxidant juju, vitamins, fiber and water…all skin boosters! Nuts, seeds, whole sprouted grains, fish, oils, and the list goes on and on…
It is important to note that eating these foods in the organic state, preferably local and fresh, will increase their nutritional value. Anything you plan to eat the skin of, like apples, grapes, berries, leafy greens, etc – should always be organic. Fish, even tuna, should be as clean as possible…clean meaning free of pesticides, antibiotics, captivity (when applicable) fillers, coloring, etc.
