I’m constantly reminding my clients of three food categories to omit or strictly limit for clearer skin: sugar, vegetable oils, and non-organic dairy. Organic dairy, in moderation, is usually ok unless your skin is showing signs of wheat allergies or digestive disturbance. In those cases, it’s helpful to omit all dairy temporarily as well.
