OK, so this is a little late – St. Patrick’s Day was last week…but you know I love a good green drink and had to share these fun, easy delicious recipes with all of you, courtesy of an adorable food blog called “For the Love of Food.”
Green-drinking is one of the fastest ways to help clear and brighten your skin. Whether you down a green drink daily or weekly, it will make a difference in your complexion. Greens are filled with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. They are also alkaline, which helps balance your internal pH and compensate for all those acidic foods (hello cheese, bread, coffee, and potatoes…)
