We know soda is bad for our health. Heck, even the government is jumping on the bandwagon and raising taxes on the popular fizzy drinks.
However, it’s not just the sugar content that affects our body in a negative way, the sugar free options could be just as bad.
To make things even more confusing, some companies are advertising vitamin enriched diet sodas and energy drinks. Does that really make any sense? The FDA didn’t think so either.
