There are so many creams, lotions and potions out there advertising that they rid you of cellulite. Unfortunately many of these products do not work effectively. In my experience, there are three methods I’ve found extremely helpful: diet, exercise and massage. Each of these help to balance circulation and lymph flow which in turn reduces the appearance of bumps. While it is true that excess fat can make cellulite look worse, it is not the sole cause. There are plenty of thin women with cellulite. The wonderful side affect of using these three methods is an overall increase in health, energy and radiance. When your lymphatic system is balanced and circulation is healthy, you feel much better and have fewer health issues.
