3 Bad Habits that Age You Faster

This short video, courtesy of the Huffington Post online, pinpoints 3 bad habits that age us faster than we’d like. That’s mainly due to the fact that they each speed the breakdown of healthy collagen – which keeps the dermis thick and healthy. When the dermis is thinned and collagen breaks down, we get lovely things like sagging skin, wrinkles, hyper pigmentation and redness.

“I think we should embrace our age no matter what it is — the goal is to feel and look as healthy as possible,” – Couldn’t have said it better myself!
