A ‘Be Well’ Checklist

We came across this great list from the September issue of Whole Living Magazine and loved it so much we wanted to share it with you! It really is the little things added together that create a sense of total well-being. One thought that we’d like to add to this checklist is: take the time to take care of yourself and relax. When you are constantly bombarded with stress, taking time out to honor yourself is NOT a luxury, it’s a necessity!
