Add Oils Rich in Omega Fatty Acids and Vitamin A & E: Savvy Skincare Tip


My sweet client, Michelle Miles, just called me on her way home from the local health food store because she was so excited about her newly brainstormed savvy skincare tip:

*Add any of the following oils (found in the cosmetics / bath section of your local health-food store) into your favorite body lotion:

  • Jojoba Oil
  • Shea Nut Oil or Butter
  • Grapeseed Oil
  • Safflower Oil
  • Evening Primrose Oil

These oils, rich in Omega Fatty Acids and Vitamins (like A and E) may already be found on the ingredient label, but adding more can give you luxurious moisture while making your product last a lot longer in the process! Add 1/2 teaspoon of your oil to a dollop of lotion and massage into your skin right after the shower, when your skin is still damp. Doing so will ensure that your skin is balanced and protected, and can also help counteract the harsh drying effects of hot tap water.
