Now that the weekend is over and new week has started, I thought I’d post this great detox bath recipe I found while perusing the internet. Epsom salts are a classic skin therapy ingredient that everyone should have at home. They aren’t actually salts, but minerals that help detoxify the body and calm inflammation. Ginger is warming for the body and wonderful for pulling toxins. Baking soda not only cleans the teeth and freshens the fridge, but can also be added to a detox bath along with your favorite essential oils. My personal combo for detox is lavender and eucalyptus (just the smallest amount since eucalyptus is very strong.) This bath is not for pregnancy or those with heart conditions, but it is for those weekend warriors that may have overdone it!
